Over the last week I have lost 10 cultural treaties. I did not get any cancellation notices on any of them. They just started to decrease in number. I can only guess that they are deleting the inactive accounts because a few that were on one of my islands, their town is gone. Is this happening to anyone else?

Well that leaves me with 10 open slots and crabby people in my colonies. If you have any open spots and do not have a treaty with me, I would appreciate a treaty to try get my museums full again. Thanks in advance for your help!

Almost the same thing happened to me but it was through messaging.
One day, i was happily accepting cultural treaties and offering some. then the following day, those whom offered me and those whom I offered said that the following two things:
[to those who offered me]: Why did you cancel it?????
[those whom I offered it to]: Why did you send a trade treaty request???I though you want a cultural treaty.

btw, another strange incedent, I listed all the players who still don't have any cultural treaties with me and tried to message them, but the only options were: Message and Trade Treaty. (these people were from the alliance).

You have to watch out when accepting treaties. If you accept them from the messages board they work alright. If you do it from inside your museum you have to pick the top cultural treaties option to accept them. The bottom one is usually the cancellation option. they still have not fixed the grammatical error.

Also, it is true that a lot of players are leaving the game. With the combat, pirating, corruption, and other parts of the game not working properly people are getting fed up with upgrades that fix very little and introduce massive bugs into the game. All I can say is keep working on getting more cultural treaties and stay on top of it so that you don't have it happen again.

With all the players we have in our alliance we should be able to fil up our museums with treaties all the way up to lvl 8 museums.
