Everytime I offer someone a cultural goods treaty, when he/she replies the message said it was cancelled and he would say inside the message something like: "thanks"; "have four slots left"; "I need to fill up my slots, thank you very much". Are they f*ck*n' playin' with me or what???? Why are members with even points higher than mine like this????

P.S. Don't they know how to accept a cultural treaty offer?

P.S.S. BTW don't know how to use excel, when I try to input the word town it consumes 2 bars/boxes. I can't adjust the size of each box. [I thought it was something like a graph or something?]

No it is not a bug, they just probably don't know how to accept a cultural treaty after it has left there message board. When you go into your museum and see the list of names that are still waiting to apply you can click on the message link, click on the drop down topic menu and click the to cultural treaty option to accept any past offers. If you pick the second one it cancels the treaty. That is probably where they are making there mistake.

As for the excel problem you are having, in order to resize the column you go to the top bar where all the letters are, move your cursor to the line separating the columns and when the cursor turns into a double sided arrow you double click and it will automatically resize the column to fit whatever entry is the largest.

I am trying to get resources together to upgrade museums but I believe I already have a cultural treaty with you, if not then I will send you one as soon as I can.

Keep trying and you will eventually get all your treaty openings filled.
